Direct and Indirect Remuneration (DIR) and Pharmacy Price Concessions

On September 29, 2014, CMS released a memo soliciting comments on pharmacy price concessions. The guidance was released through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) and can also be found on the reference subsection of the Prescription Drug Event section of the CSSC operations website at:
